I've had a problem logging into my account for years, but until now it hasn't been an issue. I can log in and can look at everything except "My Programming", that's grayed out. The problem is that is where I need to go to set up the Blockbuster Movie Pass.

If I try to register I get this message "Programming changes are not available through online support. To make programming changes please call 800-333-DISH (800-333-3474)".

I called Dish and they tried, but so far nothing except that I lost all of the HD channels from the Platinum package.

Anyone else seen this before?

Send me your phone number or account number in a PM, and I'll find out what's going on (I think it may have something to do with your location)

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and The Virgin Islands are not eligible to receive the Blockbuster Movie Pass.

Hopefully they figure out some way to make this happen, I was looking forward to this.

I actually have internet and a local Blockbuster!

What, you don't live in an igloo and watch movies on reel-to-reel? I live in Hawaii, and we all live in straw huts and watch shadow puppets. We have no need for this thing you call television apparently...at least if you judge by the way satellite companies treat the "Upper 2".

Man I like straw huts:)

I heard from a local dealer that an we are about to receive an additional 15 HD channels and the Blockbuster package. Hoping this is true and that they can put the channels where the islands can also see them.

Mahalo

is anyone having issues with 110 or is it my end.

New guy with older SATV needs help
