Accessing both 119 and 110

I just installed a Dish 500 w/DishPro Plus Twin system with a DPP44 supporting three VIP-series receivers. I can get satellite channels from both 119 and 110 on a first VIP211 receiver but no channels from the 110 satellite on a second VIP211 and VIP622 receivers. I am using a DPP44 switch and suspect the problem is how the second 211 and 622 receivers are configured. Neither receiver "sees" the 110 satellite in their respective System Information configurations. How do I reset them to recognize both satellites (110 and 119) like the first 211 receiver does already? Any specific instructions would be most welcome.

Did you do a Check Switch test after installation? If not, do so.
