Just saw a slate announcing (and confirming information in previous threads) that ABC NewsOne mux will end on February 28th. No extension this time.
Very sad to see it go, enjoyed their feeds.

Once CBS yanks its feeds on 99, there won't be much left in the way of 24/7 feed nets.

Services come and go, maybe there will be something new showing up. This is one aspect that makes FTA interesting.

I found the feeds on the Internet. abcnews Live Feeds

Looks much like before but added commercials between feeds.
I can select the feed I want, then buffer/stream to my big screen without interruption.

So far, so good, and only as good as my internet connection.

Thanks Fizbi. Sorry to see the feeds go away. I have enjoyed many hours of events that only get 20 seconds on the evening news IF that.

Barely 20 seconds and more like 5.

It amazes me the amount of money they spend on a helicopter to circle for hours on some car wreck or other disaster and it gets 5 seconds or less on the main stream news. They send reporters out to gather news that never gets reported. The feeds are great without the talking heads.

If you have a 1.2m dish, there are still plenty of news feeds on 99. 103 is usually pretty busy on weekdays, too.

They are currently gone. They went dark after the 28th as they announced on there feeds.
