ABC Feeds on G16, NO Video but AUDIO

Hey???

What happen to ABC Feed on Galaxy 16, C-band, now???

This time I ONLY can hear AUDIO, NO VIDEO!!! IT'S BLACK
And the signal is 98 % GOOD.

Is ABC planning to be BLACK OUT??? I can hear them and their
color bar signal.

What's going on???? I can HEAR them, but I can't SEE them.
JUST AUDIO ONLY. 98 %
