I signed up with Dish through Dishstore a couple of months ago. It was the easiest, most pleasant install I've had. With Directv and Comcast there were some problems. Not big problems but they required a few phone calls.

Claude does an excellent job of taking care of our members. And when something does happen (screw up do happen anywhere) he goes above and beyond to make our members happy!
