Ordered Voom, last Saturday was given a Install date of tomorrow (3/12) between 8-12.

Called the actual installer today (Datalink Comm. in Annapolis, MD), must have been around 2:30. Lady told me they had the equipment and that it was all set. 8-12 tomorrow.

Come home to find a message on my answering machine...

Sorry we are unable to make the install tomorrow.

This message was left at 3pm today! So frustrating, if I was told when I called that would have been slightly less upsetting, now I will have to make another appointment for next week! Sux, waiting all week, reading this forum, and have this happen.

I know, it could have been worse. But then it hasn't been installed yet...

Thanx for letting me rant.

PS: Can't wait, I've had a Panasonic HDTV for 2 years and I will finally get to see what it can do!
