A group from Taiwan University has created a fastest chips called SOC (system on a chip). And the production cost is about 1 dollar a piece, far less then what current similar product. And the chip is no bigger then a sesame seed.
The transmitting speed is 100 times faster then of current WiFi and 350 times faster then the 3.5G hand held.
When use on the internet, it can download a few hours movie in just about ten seconds or less.
This chips will enter into the market in about three years.
