A&E Andromeda Strain Memorial Day

Actually saw a preview for this at the movie theater before Indiana Jones 4. It is running again on A&E Monday 5/26 and continues on Tuesday. I had to manually override the timer since they have the same name on both events.

The preview looked interesting, I wonder if they will show it in HD. It apparently aired before on USA, but I have not seen it.

Andromeda Strain: Part 1 was awesome!

Really hyped for part 2 tonight .

Having just watched Part 1, I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. There were enough elements from the original story to keep the old movie fanboys happy, but updated with 21st century technology for today's audience.

For those that missed it Part 1 and Part 2 are back to back Tonight.

Excellent movie !! I thoroughly enjoyed sitting through all 4 hours of it. And in HD to boot !! I hope we get some more entertainment like this from A&E - or anyone else, for that matter.
