Hi Guys

I have a DTV Tech coming round here in about 30 minutes to have a look at the TIVO in the front room. It's pixellating and the sound keeps cutting out. The Tivo in the bedroom is fine.

I'm kinda hoping he's going to offer to replace the one in the front room with a new unit because this one has been in here for about 6 years.

Is there anything I can say that would help him declare the unit to be un-fixable? I mean...any symptoms I can describe (that are difficult to reproduce) that would make him decide the unit needs to be replaced?

Thanks in advance

Davva

What was the result did you get a new leased R15?

He gave us a new DVR. I was hoping to get a HD unit as someone gave me a HDTV but he said I'd have to go through DTV. Oh well.
