A beginners guide to hooking up fta or 4dtv receivers????

Just wondering has anyone ever found a guide to hooking up FTA or 4DTV receivers in different configurations?

For example how to hookup or "slave" multiple recievers off 1 dish.

It does'nt have to be brand specific but gives a general overview of how to install different configurations.
