97W - can’t get good signal quality

I put the dish up on the roof today, located 97W and same results - Pixelation. I have ordered a cheap/new dvbs2 which will arrive Monday, 12/23. Hoping for a clear picture with new Digital receiver. Fingers crossed!
To all of my new satellite guys support friends. The GTMedia V7S HD receiver ($35) on amazon was all that was needed. BVN is coming in clear as a bell now with a 70% signal quality.
Thanks again to all of you for your input and support along my way. The wife is happy with her Dutch television and radio program in our living room.

Glad to hear! I knew it had to be the receiver or power supply with the symptoms you described.
Enjoy!
