942 DVI wake up from standby problem

I have a 942 hooked up to a Samsung 617w with the HDMI->DVI cable. Often the 942 TV1 will not wake up from standby. There is no standby screen saver message but front panel lights are lite. TV2 wakes up from standby ok. I have to reset the 942 by holding in the power button to make it work with DVI again. If I use the component cable to connect the 942 to the 617w, there is no problem.

Has anyone else seen this problem?
