942 Add locals

Had the 942 rescan for digital OTA. One station will not lock in (739 error). When you go to add locals and enter the channel number it shows a signal strength of 90-92 but the "graph bar" stays red....

Any ideas?

just a couple of follow up question.

using a good anenna? amplified?...
pointed correctly?
using a seperate cable for ota?
using rg-6 cable?..how long of a cable run?
any splitters?

Winegard 9095
amp with splitter to 942 and Sony tv (Sony works fine)
Pointed correctly (note signal strength)
separate cable for OTA
rg-6 about 50 feet

All other stations turn green when checking them.

This started when I got L281....

This looks like a WAVE-TV issue... 811's show a good signal but instead of showing channel 3 it shows 47, which is the transmit channel...
