I have a customer that has some issues with his DSL I believe. I went to help trouble shoot the issue and he can connect to the router, but it says failed for the internet test. Laptops are connecting just fine, we've tried a SlingAdapter, WiFi, and dirrect connect, and it all is the same. I connect it wirelessly to my phone and it connects and says that it is connected to the internet. SO my question is, does anyone know the address the 922 oings to verify it's connectivity so I have help troubleshoot this with Frontier (the DSL provider)?
