922 erases previously scanned OTAs?

I just put in a 922 with OTA. When I try to add additional OTA channels (which I have to turn the antenna to get), the new scan erases all the channels from the previous scan. So I can't save all the channels for all the OTA antenna positions that I need. Anyone figure out a way around this, or is this another 922 lack of software failure?

And, of course they don't show up for sling or remote recording either since the guide info isn't there.... and there's not a manual timer option.... I have read that those are known issues that haven't been addressed for a long, long time.

But, surely you can save all your OTA channels????????????????????? They surely don't expect you to rescan every time you turn the antenna.

Whenever you rescan you wipe out was there before. you can try ADDING the new channels as opposed toa full scan.

Yeah, if you are getting different locals when pointing the antenna in a different direction you will lose the ones from the previous scan if they are not detected.

You will have to know the actual channel number though, not the mapped number, when adding channels....

I can't find an ADD function on the 922 like I had on the 622.
