I am sorry I have to ask this but:
I have a Superdish running a DP34. I receive International Programming, AT120, HD pack and locals.
I run 4 receivers: 2 standard receivers and 2 -811 for my HD TV's.
I want to replace one of the 811's with a 921. The problem I have is that I have only one cable coming from the wall into where the 921 would go. I have no way to route another cable due to my house design.
Will the below work?
I am planning on switching the DP34 for a DPP44. The DPP44 will feed the 4 cables that go to the receivers. Before the cable for the 921 gets connected to the 921 I will add a DPP Separator. Then I will run two cables from the separator to the dual tuner 921.
According to EchoStar tech sheets this should work. Any thoughts?
Since I bought the 921 from an out of state retailer, will Dish Network still support it? I have the Home Protection Plan.
Also has anyone upgraded the HDD in the 921?
