Lyngsat shows two satellites at this position and shows no data. Are these satellites being used or are they retired?

What puzzles me is that I scanned this satellite and a channel comes up saying it's AMC9 even though I sucessfully monitor AMC9 at a 83W. When I manually put this TP under the real AMC9 at 83W nothing is there, but it shows up at 85W.

Any idea what is going on here?

Thanks for input.

AMC moved a few satellites around :)

AMC9 use ot be at 85...then moved to 83
AMC2 was at 105 (for Dish)...now at 85

havent really seen anything on AMC2...AMC16 might be replacing it but there is nothing on there right now :(

AMC 9 for Ku is at 83 degrees.

AMC 16 for c-band is at 85 degrees. AMC 2 for Ku is at 85 degrees.

You might notice some updates from Jeff at lyngsat now. :)
