811 Format Problem

Hi All,
I recently installed a new 811 and Sony 60" 610 lcd monitor. The problem I noticed last evening while watching ESPNHD baseball is that the top and bottom of the picture are cutoff. I do not have the ability to change the "zoom" options on the Sony, as the 811 does the formatting of the picture. Any suggestions? Thanks

Check and make sure your TV is set for 16x9 in the menu setup. You should be watching it on Normal. What inputs are you using. I have a 60 GWII. I assume you have a GWIII so you should not have any problems. Also, you can cycle through the stretch modes of the 811 using the PgUp key. I assume you are connected via Component or DVI.

Make sure your 811 is set up for 16x9?
