811+510 DVR= $200 rebate in April?????

Why would anyone send back there 510 or 811 for a $200 rebate??? You can make more than $200 if you sell them on Ebay. Hell I'd pay you $201 to take both of them off your hands .

The 811 and 510 are leased receivers since October 2005. Does this explain why they would say I qualify for the rebate??????????????????????

Well if you lease them then you cant sell them but for me I own and I sure as hell wouldn't give them to Dish for only $200.

No, but it does explain why you do not qualify for the current rebate. Think about it- why would they give you their newest HD PVR + a $200 rebate just for you sending back leased (and in the case of the 811, obsolete) equipment? Not gonna happen. At least not on April 1st.
