I have the old 3 LNB dish that is hitting those sats fine in the lower 90's. Instead of changing the whole setup on the pole I was wondering if there could be a two dish solution where I used a slimline just for the other two and then used a multiswith to combine the two dishes?

No dice....the KA/KU (Slimline) runs off lower frequency....only all 4 lines through a 6 x 8 KA/KU switch is possible...you could however run basic receivers/dvrs with the 3 lnb...and run seperate feeds from the slimline to the HD or HD/DVRs. But why go with 2 dishes..

maybe he has a tree growing in the way of the satellites and needs to put the other dish at anohter spot...
99 is the only satellite out of the view of a 3 LNB dish. The Slimline has to be tracked in anyways so just replace the 3 LNB with a 5 LNB.:)

You could theoretically have a tree in the way of 103 and not block 101 or 110.
