basically they are making it so the folks with Spanish packages see the same channel numbering as the English package folks

When I suggest something, it only takes them three or four years to actually do it...

I wish they would make their mind up on the internationals channels, a few years back they moved them to 61.5, and they took the superdish, now today they want to put back the superdish.
