771 Message on 103 satellites

I’m getting all 0’s on the odd transponders on 103ca and 103cb, with the 771 message on test channels 9508 and 9510.

Is anyone else having issues, or is my LNB going bad? It’s an older 8 tuner single wire Swim LNB.

All good for me in CT. Sounds like an lnb issue.

All fixed. Guy showed up 10 minutes early (1150) and was here about 40 minutes (1230). Changed out the LNB and adjusted the dish, getting all 90’s now.
