771 Error ... Suggestions / Explanation

Installer dug down far, mixed concrete, poured it in, put a magnetic leveler on pole, and went back into his truck for about 30 or so minutes as he let it sit. He checked on it once or twice, then mounted the dish, checked transponders (all were 90+), and instructed me to fill up the hole in 24 hours.

did you watch all the way through the install? just wondering if he used anything at the bottom of the post to keep it from twisting

The bottom of the pole had what appeared to be like some "anchor" (don't know proper terminology) that I assume will "bite" into the concrete as it hardens.
