722k Unwanted Screen Pop Up

Well after removing the uhf antennas and changing the remote codes it still pops up from time to time. From what other posters have indicated it must be a software glitch in the receivers. This is not a major issue most of the time however my wife who does most of the recordings told me that it shows up in the recorded programs as well. If there is something we record and want to transfer to a DVD I sure don't want that screen on there in the recording. Hopefully Dish will correct this in an update. Nothing to leave Dish over though.

Well I don't have UHF hooked up and there is no one near that has E*. So I'm pretty sure it's a s/w glitch.

I have a 722 and I have the info screen pop up all the time also. I am using the Logitech 880 remote. I have tried changed the UHF address, removed the UHF antennae, removed the batteries from my UHF remotes, and I still get the pop-up. It is very annoying.

This is my setup too and it hasn't happened to me yet <knocking on wood>.

What SW version are you on: L618 or L621??
