I just upgraded my 522 to a 722. Now i have a problem and cant figure it out. On the old 522, if I wanted to record to dvr a future show, on tv1 or tv2, the record was respective of the tv. In other words, if i was on tv2, the show would record to tv2. on tv1 it goes to tv1. Now its not independent anymore. All shows record on tv2, the default in dual mode. you can switch it to tv1, but then when you recording on tv1 and someone changes the channel on tv2, it stops the recording. If you program 2 shows simultaneuosly, it will work properly, but if you delete the second timer it always defaults back to 2(or 1 if thats selected). Here is what happened last night.
I set timer to record tv1 show. recording starts, tv2 upstairs switches to tv1, wife screams at me and changes channel on tv2 recording stops on tv1.
