722/OTA Mystery

This one's thrown me. I have two 722s, both fed by same antenna. On one of them (the longest run from antenna) I get our local CBS (VHF-9) HD channel at 100%. On the other, only 70 something%. And with foul weather today, it won't lock in at all. All other channels have same readings on both receivers. I've removed and put back to no avail. Any clues?

Could be a bad wire. I once had an 811 and a 921 side by side. Split the OTA just behind the both of them. I got all my available ota on the 921 but had a problem with the 811. I switched the wires from each receiver to the other and both worked fine. I could never figure that one out.

Swap the receivers and see if it follows the boxes or the cables and then start going down the line.

Also try swapping the legs on the splitter too.
