722 Install Problem

I had a new 722 installed today around noontime and all went well but at 7:00PM local I noticed I was unable to pick-up any of my local Panama City, FL HD Channels.

All the other HD channels are fine, but no HD locals.

I called DISH and they asked me to tell them which 3 sats I showed, one of them was 61.5 and they said that my HD locals are on 129?

Installer is supposed to come out and change to 129.

Can anyone verify which Sat my Panama City FL HD locals are supposed to be on?

Once this is fixed will the my local HD channels, ABC, NBC, and FOX be listed under the HD Guide on the 722?

Is there a way to verify before the installer leaves that I will be able to receive my HD locals at Primetime?

Agree with the CSR; according to TheList your locals are on 129. The installer should never have installed 61.5 instead, and I can't imagine how you saw any HD locals except directly OTA.

Yes. If you have an OTA antenna installed, you should also get the guide for those channels right now.

1. Just to be clear, I am NOT receiving any HD locals.

2. I do NOT have a OTA antenna installed.

3. I checked my guide and channels 5270 ABC-HD, 5273 FOX-HD, and 5272 NBC-HD are NOT listed.

Just to update....... Installer came back out today, locked onto 129 SAT and all is well with my HD Locals.
