722 audio problem

Please help me with my Dish HD DVR 722. Whenever we record something, the audio is just a bit off from the video, so the actor's mouth doesn't match up with their voice. We pretty much only waqtch HD, so I don't know if it does this in SD. I've never noticed it in live TV.
Is there a solution to this?

Happen all the time? How do you have audio hooked up to your sound system? Need more info.

it always happens. we have our tv hooked directly to the box, and run sounds through a home theater system.
