I was just thinking the other day how "awesome" the 722 really is.
I can do all of this at the same time:
1. Record 3 programs at once.
2. Watch 2 recorded programs on 2 TVs.
3. Transfer programming from/to external storage.
4. Download programming from DishONLINE.
5. Via Sling setup timers online.
The DVR features are simply excellent. Mind it give me no excuse now to tell my kids "... at the commercial" because I can just "pause" the programming
In Single mode the whole "swap" thing is just plain cool.
TV2 out can be distributed around your whole home.
It can record digital OTA.
It can even do 1080p under certain circumstances.
Sure, it may have a bug here and there ... but it really is a fine piece of equipment for all it can do.
I do not work for Dish or have family that does ... I just felt like giving Dish a few thumbs up!
