72.5 Install/Auto-Detect Problem

I just installed my new D* system this weekend, and I am up and running except for one minor issue. I have a four room system, but only 3 of the 4 rooms are currently receiving locals. The lone room not receiving locals does however get the other 101 programming. Everytime I try to run the "Auto-detect" program it is just like my receiver freezes up and gives me the "Please wait" sign, and then eventually goes to a dark screen. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get the locals on this one lonely receiver up and running to make my system complete?

FYI, I have 2-18" dishes, 101 & 72.5, going through a 4x4 multiswitch. Receiver models are D10-100.

Sounds like your reciever needs a software update . Unplug it for a minute plug it back in and see if it gets an update from the satellite.

I've already tried unplugging it several times. It already received the software update where the signal strength meters noises go from the tones to the clicks. Any other ideas?
