I wish they would also add the HD channel for the CW affiliate, WPSG TV 57.

Is TP 11, Spotbeam 4 on 61.5 the correct spotbeam for the PHL DMA?

It appears to be centered over Washington, DC with Philadelphia being on the fringe area of coverage.

Yes. DishNetwork has rotated/tilted the satellite since the FCC filings on the beam locations.

That would make sense because the spotbeam map for Buffalo NY is no where near Buffalo.
