Ok my 625 is only about a month and a half old and randomly i have noticed that it would just go into hard disk diagnostics reboot and continue normal operation. Thing is that its set to do this at 5am not at different times during the day. After a week of trying to make the problem resurface i noticed it happen when my nephew was playing with the remote 2 UHF if he hit to many buttons, or you would casually roll over the remote it would cause the unit to crash and reboot. This doesnt happen with the Unit 1 remote but i am just wondering why that causes the unit to crash. i dont think that should, should it?

Something doesn't sound right. If it's going into diagnostics just by hitting too many buttons at the same time, then it may be time to let Dish know what's going on and see if they can send you a replacement unit
