625 data corruption error

I was looking at my recorded shows list today,and noticed a show called Recovered was listed. After checking program info, it said "This program has suffered a data corruption error and has been recovered. The length was listed as 1 hr.
When I played it back it was a 30 min. episode of Reno 911 I had recorded. It played back perfectly.
Has anyone ever seen this happen? Is my HDD in the 625 going bad?

I've had this problem with the 622 not the 625. They were recordings from an OTA channel and I kept getting the "Recovered" title in the list. It was a 30 minutes show but it was listed as 1 hr. They all played OK. The latest software update fixed the problem.

Maybe there was a new software update for the 625 that introduced the problem.
