625 and 16:9 format

I just got a new tv and was wondering if there is a 16:9 setting on the 625 reciever? I have looked on all the menu's and dont see one.

Nope, only HD receivers have aspect ratio settings.

If you're feeding it into the SD inputs of a widescreen TV, the TV itself should have the appropriate controls. The output from the SD receiver will always be 480i 4x3.
