625 always goes back to channel 101 when I power off/on

This is driving me nuts. I've searched as much as I can but I can't seem to find an answer so sorry if this is a FAQ.

I have a brand new 625 DVR with the latest software (according to the Dish Network web site). I just got it 2 days ago. When I press the power button on the remote it switches off and then when I power back on, even immediately it always shows channel 101. With my old receiver it would just stay on the last viewed channel.

I found a question on Yahoo! Answers who had the same problem, but the answer said that it was a hardware problem. Is this true, or am I missing something obvious?

New receivers come "locked" you just need to unlock it.

Thank you! That fixed it. I chose "unlock system" and it stays on the channel. :up:up:up
