622 turned on itself

Last night I had one of my sleepless nights so I was reading in the tv room at 3:00AM. All of a sudden the 622 turns on with all lights flashing and hard drive wide open for about 30 seconds, and then it turned off.
Is this what it does every day at 3 am in case a download comes in? I checked software and it is still at 365 so not sure what that was. Anyone know?

It does it's maintenance then, sometimes it even reboots itself at that time. All to make sure that when youuse your 622 all will work at its best.

4 Am

Mine does it at 4 AM. Reason is I have it set for that time. Several s/w updates ago advance tech had me reset it to that time. It has been so many updates ago I don't remember what it was for. It cured some bug that the s/w had then.
