622 room 2 remote not working

Him OP here. I wasn't getting notified about this thrread still living. I was asking about addressing the uhf remote. if igured it out. i've set it to ID 23 and it is working now. I was pressing sat-hold>up arro>dig>#>R. I thought the R button was the record, but realized later that the record button is record. What is the "R" button?

BTW, I'm a one year dish user who's lost the manual. This is the first time I've tried tv2.

the little green "r" is the recover button. It's suppose to automagically put your tv2 on the modulated channel, say 60 -- in other words just ignore it.

Thanks. I haven't really used my 622 since I moved in December. A little rusty starting to use it again.
