622 Receiver randomly switches channels

My inlaws have the 622 receiver. They can be on a channel and it will randomly switch channels. They only have one receiver and TV. Has anyone had this issue and is there a known fix?

Do you know if the receiver is in Single or Dual mode? My guess is it's in single and someone nearby has a remote on the same frequency so when they change their TV it changes your inlaws TV. If it is in Single have them try readdressing the remote for their TV2(TV1 if UHF) and see if that helps.

this is why i always kept my receivers locked at all times. your neighbor might be into porn.... and you will be getting billed
