622 reboot tied to record

Every time I am recording a show and try to switch channels my 622 reboots. I run in single mode.

My 942 didn't have this problem. It worked fine.

call dish get new receiver. or try in dual mode see what happens

I had strange reboot problems too, although mine seemed pretty random, the machine would just shut down and go through the reboot process.

I called Dish, and convinced them to not bother sending another tech out (which they wanted to) and to just send me a new receiver. Receiver received, and no more problems.

Get a new receiver.

I called my installer this morning. He replaced my first 942 and my first 622 for me in a couple days. hopefully this goes as smooth.
