I've been told that BOTH the HDMI and the coax feeds off a 622 are active for TV1, and the coax feed can actually be split to make a 'virtual' 3rd tv, but would / is that split coax feed a mirror for TV1 and an independent TV2? Or can you actually see 3 independent channels at once?

And, is the composite for TV1 also active at the same time as HDMI? And if yes, is it a mirror image, or independent? Or would the composite cables not output a signal if the HDMI is connected?

Anything listed as tv1 would be a mirror of the HDMI output, coax carrys both tv1 and tv2 on the signal line by assigning both to different channel numbers. You will only see two channels by use of coax and any tv hooked via coax can change between the two. All outputs are active and you can output both tv1 and tv2 via composites as they two different sets of composite outputs.
