622 Pip

My PIP button used to make the smaller PIP screen come up on the TV. However, whenever i press the PIP on the remote now, nothing happens. Did this change in a software update? Any ideas?

Hmmm not sure will have to go look. Someone will come along and answer before me, I turned the TV's off for the night.

The pip is working fine on my 622 with software version 403.

Are you sure you didn't put your 622 in dual mode. I'm pretty sure it has to be in single mode for the pip to work.

You need a dual tuner to have pip.

Yes me and Don were on the phone when I asked if he could add to this thread and his 622 was tied up.

Sounds like you're in dual mode. PIP only works in single mode.

yes i was in dual mode. i must've accidently pressed the button on the front. thanks for the help
