622 Closed Caption Goes Wacko

Everyday late in the afternoon or during the evening the VIP622's ClosedCaption (CC) goes wacko. The box has to be rebooted to correct the problem. Does anyone know if Dish is working on this problem? ... Everything else with the 622 seems to be working fine; I've had it now a little over 1 month.

Same sh*t here. I have to reboot for that reason at least once a day.
