I got this error a few weeks ago and it finally seemed to resolve itself (I called Tech Support as I had gone a day with all three sats (110, 119 and 129) on Sat 1 and nothing on Sat 2) and they were going to send someone out then it miraculously started working again.

This morning, I got the error message again. Thsi time, a simple power cycle(did NOT reboot), seemed to fix it.

Is this possibly a sign of a bad switch that I should go ahead and have checked out? Or is this a known 622 gremlin?

Thanks!

Have you checked all your cables? Do you have any RG-59 instead of RG-6?

All is RG-6 and it's all tight. What's weird is that it's saying all the sats are fine on Sat 1 but not on Sat 2.

When I was troubleshooting before, I even tried different splitters and a different line and got the same message (I have two lines running into the house, one going to a 721 and one to the 622. Both are split after they enter the house to provide inputs to both tuners in each box. Not having a problem with the 721.

Happens to mine all the time. Don't worry about it.
Only problem with this is when it happened before the 621 was only working on one tuner and not both.

Just Ordered a HD Dvr
