622 and 222 early adopters, I have a question

Before I take the plunge into upgrading from the 811 to the 622, I'd like to know if there are any glitches or bugs that are of concern. I am worried that I may be putting cash into something that needs a bunch of software revs before it is a worthy product. When I shelled out for the 811 a few years ago, it took more than 6 months before some of the really awful bugs were worked out. Heck there are still bugs with the latest rev (washed out HD picture). So, please be honest and let me know if I should take the plunge.
The types of bugs I'm wondering about are:

1. BSOD
2. Dolby sound out of sync with screen (its like everything you watched was a foriegn movie) of I had to reset the sat box twice a day.
3. Satellite box resets when changing channels from OTA to Sat.
4. Frame freeze/unfreeze

I am not even thinking about it because of those experiences with the 811 and 501 probs I have had. New chip, new compression mpeg4, sounds like a headache for months. Any problems you call in on, you will be accused of not knowing how to operate the equipment even though it is their end. Hold off if you can.
