622 and 2 HDTV's

We are finally looking to upgrade to HD via the 622. We have an HD tv in both our living room and den which are @ 50 feet apart. Can we hook up both tv's to the tv1 output - one to the component jacks and one to the HDTV digital output and get HD signals to both tv's at the same time? We want to be able to watch the same show (recorded on DVR) on both sets at the same time. - or do we need two 622 units, one for each tv?

Also - can we run a regular RF cable to a remote tv in the basement and get the same non HD channels and watch a show recorded on the DVR?

Yes, what you described can be done. You also have to run proper audio connections. HDMI can carry audio, but components do not.
