61.5 TP 32 low signal

Was at a relatives today trying to watch TravelHD on ch. 215...and it kept freezing and dropping out (but never once said "searching for signal."

The signal meter showed between 20 and 25 for TP 32, which that channel is on.

The rest of the TP's on 61.5 were 50+ on the signal meter.

The wingdish was only added about a week and a half ago, and it's the first time we've noticed any problems. But they may have not watched that channel extensively.

Any ideas?

I get 44 on TP 32. Most of the rest (CONUS) are 50+. Slightly lower but not no issues. Currently raining here in Cleveland.

Hmm...so it doesn't seem like there's a problem with the TP itself or anything.

It was cloudy and raining here at the time, but all other TP's on 61.5, as well as 110 and 119, had 50+ strength (110 had some in the upper 60's).

So it can't be an alignment issue, right? Strong signal on the other TP's would mean the dish is aligned right.
