The TID is a number associated with a data stream. The stations are associated with a stream. But, the uplink app was missing the transponder number and spot number associated with the stream. So we do maintenance and add missing transponder numbers and spots the app.

I noticed its a hd channel. Wbko is one of my local channels but we don't have it in hd. Does this mean hd is coming?

It means it's likely but not for certain. Many channels get uplinked but never get added even including locals. Springfield Mass is an example of that.
