Where there's a will, there's a way. Given the limited height of street lights, I wonder how well that works where things aren't pancake flat.I have seen Tmobile deploy microcells on top of street light poles, so perhaps that could be an option.

fake tree..street light
Fake trees? I want some of what you're smoking!
Fake trees (towers/antennas) are in widespread use. Why wouldn't they be used when utility poles and light towers are not available?
Have dozens of faux pines in use in the local area. On my last trip to Mexico, marveled at the towers/antennas masquerading as palm trees and cactus.
Still no official 5G spec though, so anybody labeling an existing offering "5G" is using a marketing ploy to get people to believe it's here. This was something Charlie Ergen said himself at the Team Summit recently (see the thread in the Dish forum for more info).
And this: Sprint sues AT&T for lying to consumers with fake 5GE branding
Even more: Study confirms AT&T’s fake 5G E network is no faster than Verizon, T-Mobile or Sprint 4G

My guess is that you're more likely to get skin cancer from the sun than cancer from these 5G transmitters. Regardless, I have no intention of paying the inflated prices to have 5G - just like there's no way I'd pay $1000 for a smartphone. But that's just me.
I guess you never use the hotspot feature of your phone for other devices, or cast streaming to your TV from it.
