522 sound sync problem

We recorded a movie today on our 522 (single user mode). When we played it back the sound was out of sync. I never had this problem during 5 years of direcTV. Is this a Dish problem or a 522 problem?

What causes the sound to be out of sync, and how do I fix it???
 
This is a known software bug with the 522 and will hopefully be corrected soon in software updates. Normally, you can correct it by skipping backwards. If that does not work, stop the playback, return to live TV and then resume playback.
