522 has no audio on TV2, ever seen this?

I've confirmed this through much testing and reconfiguring.
TV2 has no audio out on cable to TV connection. The RCA outputs for TV2 however work fine.
TV1 is fine using cable out or RCA out.

I can't use RCA output for TV2 (remote) due to the distance and cable routing required.

I'm calling Dish, just wondering if anybody has seen this before.

It looks like it could be the modulator. I'm guessing that you have already tried a different output channel and that didn't work. Is that correct?

just to follow up. Dish is sending another 522. The audio modulator on TV2 is trash.
Bad thing is all that recorded stuff will be lost.
